MealPlans.ae menus are nutrient targeted and controlled, but they are beyond simply being a mechanism for conveying calories and macronutrients. We make sure that our nutrient-rich meals nourish each body cell with vitamins, minerals, and other specific compounds which are essential for good health and sport performance.

We believe that the best nutrition and wellbeing results can be achieved with a science-based approach with a wholesome twist. The results may vary from person to person, but most of our clients see and feel the positive transformation in as little as one week: getting closer to a healthy weight, improved digestion and skin, energy boost, and better concentration at work.

We only use high quality and natural ingredients which are freshly prepared and cooked daily by our experienced chefs. We truly believe that a balanced diet can also be gourmet. Our menus are carefully tailored with exciting selections of the tastiest and healthiest recipes from many international cuisines.

Vegetables and fruits are essential ingredients in our meals. We always prioritize local and regional producers by choosing the most colorful plants available. Did you know that every color in plants reflects a different set of phytonutrients that they contain? For example, red plants contain lycopene, Vitamin C and anthocyanin; yellow plants contain beta carotene, Vitamin A and alpha carotene; green plants contain chlorophyll, iron, magnesium and Vitamin K. Moreover, the fiber found in plants contributes to the good functioning of our microbiome which further has a connection with our general health, immune system, brain and even mood.

We use premium quality proteins like local poultry, extra lean beef, lamb, salmon, sea bass and shrimp. For our vegan and vegetarian clients, we offer a wide range of plant-protein rich options which provide necessary amino acids.

We are real fans of healthy fats found in avocado nuts, seeds, extra virgin olive oil, oily fish and we completely ditch all highly processed inflammatory vegetables oils and trans fats.

  • Eco-friendly packaging: we encourage you to recycle our food containers after you’ve enjoyed your meal! Follow these simple steps to make sure that our packaging never finds its way into the landfills or oceans: 1. Enjoy your meal; 2. Rinse the food container with water; 3. Put into a recycling bin It’s that simple!

  • Reusable cutlery: every new full-month subscriber receives a really cool stainless-steel reusable cutlery set and pouch which can be reused with every meal. By avoiding the use of disposable cutlery, you are participating in helping to reduce plastic waste. And that’s very important to us!

  • We encourage a more plant-based diet: we make plant-based eating delicious and convenient. By helping our clients include more plant foods in their diets, we are accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable eating.
