Our vegetarian / pescetarian meal plan is based on the Mediterranean diet protocol - a way of eating in countries such as Spain, Italy, and Greece. This plan is a primarily plant-based meal plan that includes a daily intake of whole grains, olive oil, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, herbs, and spices. Other foods like proteins are eaten in smaller quantities, with the preferred protein being eggs, dairy, fish and seafood. The menu choices are adapted to all types of vegetarians.
