DEFINITIONS

a) MEALPLANS.AE refers to the Meal Plan provider.

b) Client a person using the services of MEALPLANS.AE.

c) Meal Plan refers to the main product and service purchased by the Client from MEALPLANS.AE.

d) Cooler Bag refers to the portable insulated bag that carries all meals for the day.

e) Cut Off is the set time that any request or changes on the Meal Plan need to be finalized.

f) Paid Wastage refers to canceled delivery which is still considered as a paid meal and will no longer be added to the plan.

 

1) CONDITIONS

a) All Clients who have completed their order are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions from their registration until the end of their plan and also upon renewal.

b) Client acknowledges that the results of the Meal Plan depend on various factors including age, lifestyle, activity level, medical conditions, starting weight, motivation and consistency, etc. Weight loss results may differ from person to person.

 

2) PAYMENTS

a) Full payment must be received a minimum of 2 business days before the desired start date for either a new or renewal meal plan otherwise food delivery does not proceed.

b) Payments can be made online on MEALPLANS.AE website by either debit/credit card.

 

3) MENUS, MEAL CHOICES & DIETARY PREFERENCES

c) Meal Plans are amended according to the calorie ranges assigned for each Meal Plan. Daily calories may vary slightly depending on the meals chosen each day.

d) Any menu modifications are accepted till Wednesday 7 pm for the following week. If the mentioned Cut Off time is not respected by the Client; the menu will be delivered as it is represented on the pre-set menu.

e)  MEALPLANS.AE will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to any food consumed if notice was not given in advance about a dislike or allergen. It is advised to disclose all dislikes and allergens before starting the plan.

f) Other change requests, such as additional dislikes, will be applied to the Client’s Meal Plan 2 business days after receiving such notice.

g) MEALPLANS.AE reserves the right to refuse a Client under the following cases:

  • With any severe medical condition. MEALPLANS.AE does not intend to provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Therefore, the company and its affiliates do not take any responsibility and are not liable for any negative outcome as a result of the Meal Plan for Clients who are suffering from any medical conditions.

  • With any life-threatening food allergies like gluten, nuts, or celiac disease. Our kitchen is not gluten-free or nut-free certified.

  • Nut-free modification requests (all plans).

  • Spice allergies e.g. cumin or black pepper (all plans).

  • Gluten/Dairy-free, Vegetarian, Vegan plan modification requests to the Athlete plan.

  • Gluten-free modification requests for Vegan, Vegetarian, and Athlete plans.

  • Other specific diet requests which are not offered by MEALPLANS.AE.

 

4) DELIVERY

a) Deliveries are made based on the agreed start date, location, and delivery slot. The delivery slot is a time frame during which our delivery service will make the delivery.

c) Any changes to the Client’s delivery (location or delivery slot) – must be made 2 business days in advance; any last-minute changes are subject to confirmation from the Customer Service Representative.

 

5) COOLER BAGS

a) Each Client is assigned with a set number of Cooler Bags and ice packs.

b) Cooler Bags and ice packs must be returned to MEALPLANS.AE within 5 days after the subscription ends. Our Customer Service will schedule the collection by informing the Client about it in advance.

 

6) FOOD STORAGE AND LABELS

a) Upon receiving the chiller bags, all food should be kept refrigerated at 4°C or below. Follow reheating instructions on the label.

b) All dishes are labeled with the following: meal name, reheating instructions, meal type (breakfast, main meal, snack, etc.), calories, and macronutrients (fat, carbohydrates, protein, and fiber).

 

7) PAUSING

a) Any Meal Plan pausing requests must be submitted with a minimum notice period of 2 business days. If the notice period is not respected, at least a 1-day Meal Plan will be considered as Paid Wastage and will be deducted from your total plan days even if the Client selected not to receive the delivery on these days.

b) Monthly Meal Plan can be paused only once and for a maximum of 30 days.

 

8) CANCELLATION AND REFUND

a) MEALPLANS.AE encourages all Clients to fully commit to their plan as scheduled. Any reason that can hinder results and overall satisfaction must be brought to the Client Service Representative for an immediate and appropriate solution.

b) ⚠️ MEALPLANS.AE has no refund policy.

If the Client wishes to cancel the Meal Plan, the Client may transfer the remaining days to a family member or friend and provide us with the new address.

c) Any Meal Plan cancelation requests must be submitted with a minimum notice period of 2 business days.

 

9) WEBSITE

a) This website is owned and operated by MealPlans.ae (member of Marj Hospitality & Restaurants Group LLC.), a company registered in UAE with its registered office at Aspin Commercial Tower, 51st-floor office, Dubai (contact number: +971552487310, email: hello@mealplans.ae).

b) MEALPLANS.AE is a trademarked logo, company, and brand. Any infringement will lead to persecution in UAE courts. MEALPLANS.AE may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense, or fair use exemption to do so.

c) Online materials are MEALPLANS.AE intellectual property, and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Online materials may not be copied or redistributed either in whole or in part without the prior written consent of MEALPLANS.AE, except as expressly and specifically permitted under these Terms & Conditions.

d) MEALPLANS.AE reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
